METHOD 1 - MEASURE A RING YOU CURRENTLY OWN WITH OUR PRINTABLE RING SIZE GUIDE

You have an existing ring but don't know the size? Our printable ring size guide is the right tool for you. It will help you determine your ring size based on a ring you already own.

  1. Download the PDF file - The Ring Size Tool is available as a PDF download below.
  2. Print it - Your print settings must be at 100% when printing the tool page so that the image is not being shrunk to fit on the page.  To ensure this, make sure that page scaling is set to “none” on your print dialog box (to open the print dialog box, press CTRL+P/ cmd+P).
  3. Make sure you have correctly printed the guide - at the bottom of the Ring Size Tool, there is a ruler.  If it measures exactly 5cm/2inch, this means you have correctly printed the guide.
  4. Measure your size - Place your ring over the closest matching sized circle, making sure the inside of the ring

  3. Make sure you have correctly printed the guide - at the bottom of the Finger Size Tool, there is a ruler.  If it measures exactly 5cm/2inch, this means you have correctly printed the guide.
  4. Cut the ring sizer along its border and slice the mark.
  5. Wrap the ring sizer around your finger with the numbers pointing outwards.
  6. Lead the peak end through the slot you sliced earlier, and tighten the sizer around your finger: your ring size is the number displayed along the slot.

Some tips for measuring your finger:

  • Make sure your finger is at a normal body temperature since fingers can shrink or expand when cold or hot.
  • If your knuckle is much larger than your finger’s base, take two separate measurements and choose a size in between. You want a ring to fit over your knuckle, but not be too loose or it will shift around.
